Rich has been a part of the baking industry for over forty years. The opportunity to be part of the continuing legacy of the Bakers Courtesy Club….. an institution for 90 years as part of the ASB Baking Tech Conference, was something Rich embraced over 15 years ago, as a foundation to the testament of the goals of both the Club and the ASB.

As always, this industry is bettered and embraced in the support of both its’ allied partners, and its members…. as well as the support of our better halves…… that help us all to stay grounded.

The Baker’s Courtesy Club shines on it emphasis on service, networking and fun. Thanks for being part of who we are.

A professional sales leader with Business to Business experience in the food, beverage and nutritional industry.

Trish possesses a strong technical acumen with a key focus in soluble prebiotic dietary fibers; a value-added functional nutritional food ingredient. Companies rely on these ingredients to improve texture, mouthfeel, bulking, water binding, consistency, nutritional profile and shelf life of their products.

Aware of market trends and industry challenges, Trish identifies needs, sets objectives, develops innovative sales solutions, leverages relationships and is dedicated to generating opportunities with sustainable results.

Trish is also a valued member of the Bakers Courtesy Club and has selflessly given her time in support of the goals and focus for the organization.

2nd Vice President

Ken has been involved in the baking industry for almost 50 years, starting out as a baker and transitioning into sales. Ken has been with Brolite Products for 25 years, serving in multiple capacities during his time there.

Ken is currently Eastern Vice President of Sales, and has leveraged a strong technical background with a desire to help bakers solve their problems. Ken’s background lends itself to effectively working with a multitude of customers to bring new ideas to Manufacturing and ultimately, to market fruition.

Ken has been involved with the BCC for 15 years along with a variety of other local and national baking organizations. Ken can be considered a ‘go to’ resource with his product and industry knowledge for applications within the industry, and welcomes those who may wish to circle in with him through the Courtesy Club.
