The French Pastry School…A Committed Partnership

The Bakers Courtesy Club of Chicago is excited to announce our partnership with The French Pastry School of Chicago. We are partnering with The French Pastry School to support our club vision of supporting bakers and the baking industry. We will be given the opportunity of sponsoring a student in the “Bread Program” at the school. The “Bread Program” at the school is a very comprehensive. The 10 week program results in a professional certificate.

The French Pastry School was founded in 1995 by chef’s Jacguy Pfeiffer and Sebastian Cannone. The school is the only school in North America dedicated to all things sweet and baked.

The Bakers Courtesy Club will be selecting one winner for the sponsorship. This sponsorship money is raised by our annual golf outing. This year the outing is on August 14th at Harborside International Golf Center in Chicago, IL. The more money we can raise the greater opportunity we will have to furnish more sponsorships or larger monetary sponsorships.
